Rainbow Veggie Wraps

  •  Bananas

  •  Peanut butter

  •  Blueberries

  •  Strawberry slices

  •  Coconut flakes

 Let's Cook:

  1. Cut banana into thick rounds

  2. Spread peanut butter on each slice

  3. Use blueberries for eyes

  4. Make strawberry smile & coconut hair!

 What You Need:

  •  English muffin halves

  •  Pizza sauce

  •  Shredded cheese

  •  Black olives

  •  Bell pepper strips

  •  Mushroom slices

 Let's Cook:

  1. Spread sauce on muffin halves

  2. Sprinkle cheese all over

  3. Make faces with veggies!

  4. Ask adult to toast for 3-5 minutes

 What You Need:

  •  Strawberries

  •  Orange pieces

  •  Banana chunks

  •  Kiwi slices

  •  Blueberries

  •  Wooden skewers

 Let's Cook:

  1. Wash all fruits carefully

  2. Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces

  3. Thread fruits on skewers in rainbow order

  4. Serve with yogurt dip!

  1. Wash celery and cut into 4-inch pieces

  2. Fill celery groove with peanut butter

  3. Place raisins on top like little ants

  4. Enjoy your crunchy, healthy snack!
